(Is a short story about a character who is searching for a job, but in the end gains a few jobs with what he has to offer people).
I don’t have After Effect and my Graphics Tablet/Pen broke. so i wanted to design a set out of card, a bit similar to Paddington Bear in some respects.
“Before the beginning after the end” 2012 Animation. for more information on this project please click this link : http://greginghamportfolio.tumblr.com/post/27127811877/this-story-is-based-around-the-idea-of-an-antique
This story is based around the idea of an antique dealer who, when attempting to restore or repaint his collection, awakens a selection of characters that live within. The animation begins when the dealer has left his house. A character appears, moves his possessions around, and generally makes mischief. As soon as he returns, however, they disappear. The vintage feel of the TV show Bagpuss inspired some parts of the animation.
